*Please note there is a $5 surcharge on all appointments at satellite clinics. This is to cover fuel, insurance, and travel time.
Cancellation policy :
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the nurse's day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $30 to the card on file. If there is no card on file, then there will be a balance owing at the time of the next appointment.
You can call us or email us prior to this period to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or use your JaneApp account to make changes.

No show policy (cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment start time):
First time: 50% fee
Second time: 100% fee
Third+ time: 100% fee, and all future appointments must be pre-paid at the time of booking.
